At Don't Cry Age (DCA), we are committed to delivering your premium health and longevity formulations as efficiently and safely as possible. Please note that while we strive for prompt delivery, we do not have control over local customs or carrier transit operations, and therefore cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays. Tracking information will be provided to you the moment your order is dispatched.

DELAYED DELIVERY In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route. We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur. To ensure your health regimen is not interrupted, we will gladly ship out a new replacement package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy holiday seasons (November to December) or during special promotional events.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME Quality and precision take time. Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery estimate.

  • Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to be fully processed. This includes meticulous quality checks, secure packing, and forwarding to our logistics partners.

  • After your order has been processed, our designated carrier will pick up your package. An email containing your online tracking information will then be sent to you.

  • Note: In very rare instances, processing may take longer than the stated timeframe, especially during holidays or promotions. We optimize our fulfillment centers to operate as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience during such events.

CANCELLING AN ORDER Because we process orders quickly to get your products to you, we will not be able to cancel an order if it has already entered the processing phase. If you reach out and our team confirms that it has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
